Prior to assuming Deputy Chief Executive Fleet Operations role in mid-2013, he had successfully managed KOTC’s multi-billion-dollar Fleet New Building Program that helped induct modern, environment-friendly technologies for safety and pollution prevention on board all KOTC vessels, and expanded KOTC’s Tanker fleet to match KPC’s strategic objective of increasing Kuwait’s oil production capacity to 4 million barrels per day. During his tenure, he oversaw KOTC’s Fleet Operations, Marine Agency, and the Gas Filling Branches that supply LPG to the whole of Kuwait.
